Domaine Belluard in Ayse
Created in 1947, the vineyard covers 12 hectares (30 acres) of the little commune of Ayse. Dominique and Patrick Belluard are dedicated to preserving the grape variety « Gringet », a unique and ancient alpine variety. Dominique cultivates the vines with great regard to the land and the traditions of the area. Since 2001 the culture has been organic.

Domaine Jacques Maillet at Serrières en Chautagne
The Domaine of Jacques Maillet is within the commune of Serrières-en-Chautagne. Jacques works cooperatively but has renounced conventional viticulture because of his conviction that organic methods are better. After 21 years he still finds it amazing that, with care, 106 year old vines can produce such good wines though the quantity is restricted.

Domaine Gérald Besse at Martigny (Switzerland)
Patricia and Gerald's philosophy? On the one hand to be as close as possible to the soil, on the other hand to concentrate on the quality of the grape, and hence the wine, by seeking above all the purity of the grape variety in the wine making process. The 17 hectares of their estate are planted with 14 different grape varieties, each showing the generous character of the local soil that their family has cultivated for 30 years, with consistent quality.
Domaine BLARD Jean-Noël at Marches (Savoy, France)
On his visiting card, Jean-Noël describes himself as « Craftsman Wine Maker ». An ability which results from having taught viticulture and wine making before taking over the 10.5 hectare family estate in Savoy and Isère. His wines require a great deal of work and it is the mark of a craftsman that he is attentive to infinite details, the secret of his success.

Domaine MAGNIN Louis at Montmélian (Savoy, France)
A little family estate of 8 hectares at Arbin in the Combe valley of Savoy near the town of Montmélian. By skilled care from the vine to the cellar and by restricting the soil and the vines, the best character is achieved at the Magnin vineyard.
The Cooperative of l’Enfer at Arvier (Aosta Valley, Italy)
The « Enfer d' Arvier » has been among the first valley wines to be awarded D.O.C status in 1972. The vineyards are situated in the commune of Arvier. A natural amphitheatre, which permits the vines to grow and develop in the very best conditions of sunlight, has facilitated this appelation of quality.
Cave of wkite wine of Morgex and of La Salle
Mont Blanc keeps watch over this 20 hectare vineyard in a unique natural setting at 1200 metres altitude. It was here that an association of wine growers was formed in 1983. The 90 members produce white wines, some of them appelation D.O.P.
