Julien Binet & Mickey Bourdillat.

Julien has trained at top quality restaurants. Ducasse in Paris, Chalet du mont d'Arbois in Megève, the Hameau Albert 1er and  the Bistrot in Chamonix. A journey which has led him to the Café where his creative potential is being fulfilled daily.

You will be welcomed by Julien Roche, an expert on wines who has worked at the Hameau Albert 1er and the Bistrot in Chamonix. He will suggest surprising discoveries from the vineyards on each side of the border.
